The Bracke BM10036 and BM10037 series consist of fixed coaxial high-power RF attenuators for 50-ohm signal paths with an SMA interface. Both series cover a frequency range from DC to 18 GHz.
The BM10036 series has a specified power rating of 5 W. The BM10037 series provides a higher power rating of 10 W over the same frequency range. Both series are available with fixed attenuation values of 1, 2, 3, 6, 10, 20, 30 and 40 dB.
Advantages
- Frequency range from DC to 18 GHz: For broadband RF and microwave signal paths.
- Two power classes: Choice of 5 or 10 W according to the required power rating.
- Eight fixed attenuation values: Versions from 1 to 40 dB.
- 50-ohm system impedance: For compatible coaxial RF components and measurement chains.
- SMA interface: For RF and microwave systems using this connector type.
- Defined RF parameters: Model-specific attenuation accuracy and specified maximum VSWR.

Additional information
The appropriate series is selected according to the required power rating of 5 or 10 W. Within each series, the reference is selected according to the required attenuation value and permitted attenuation deviation. EMCO supports the technical product selection and integration of the attenuator into the complete RF or microwave measurement chain.
