The GTEM EMC 250-INOX is a compact GTEM cell for electromagnetic compatibility measurements over a frequency range from 100 kHz to 20 GHz. As a Giga-hertz Transversal Electro-Magnetic cell, it enables measurements in a defined TEM waveguide structure and is suitable for radiated emission and immunity measurements.

With a maximum input power of 250 W, a nominal impedance of 50 Ω and a typical VSWR of 1:1.2, the GTEM EMC 250-INOX is designed for compact EMC, EMI and EMS test setups in laboratory, R&D and precompliance environments.

Additional information

The GTEM EMC 250-INOX operates as a TEM waveguide with its upper frequency limit extended into the GHz range. The electromagnetic field distribution inside the cell operates in TEM mode, where the electric and magnetic field components are perpendicular to the propagation direction.

The cell is designed for fully configurable feed thrus and filters. Available options include fiber optic leads, filtered RS-232 pass-thrus, RF feed-thrus, shielded RJ45 feed-thrus, power line filters, electrical safety interlock, shielded window and IP camera system.

For the GTEM EMC 250, a vertical positioning option is available: VPOS with plastic table over absorbers and 90° turned door position. This option is intended for GTEM 250 and GTEM 500.
