The SHC Shielded Anechoic Chamber is a custom-configurable shielded anechoic chamber for RF, telecommunication and precompliance applications. It provides a controlled test environment for measurements requiring effective shielding from external electromagnetic interference.

With an operating frequency range from DC to 6000 MHz, the SHC is suitable for sensitive RF measurements, communication devices and test setups in ISM, GSM and UMTS environments. Its shielding performance ranges from >60 dB up to 120 dB, depending on frequency.

The SHC is designed as a rugged, modular and custom-adaptable test chamber. Its 1.5 mm INOX steel construction, precise CNC manufacturing and mechanically stable door coupling support reliable RF-tight closure.

The internal area can be equipped with RF plain absorbers to further optimize the measurement environment for RF test applications. A typical RF attenuation of -90 dB at 3 GHz is specified.
