High-accuracy SOLT calibration with the CK50 Series

The CK50 Series SOLT calibration kits include individually characterized short, open and load standards. Each kit is delivered with custom S-parameters that replace generic polynomial definitions for calibration. This results in TRL-comparable accuracy with the usability and simplicity of traditional SOLT calibration standards.
