The JQL JFCD family of cavity duplexers and diplexers comprises passive frequency-selective components designed to separate or combine different RF and microwave frequency ranges within a common system.
JQL offers numerous frequency combinations ranging from lower RF frequencies up to the 40 GHz mmWave range. Depending on the reference, models differ in terms of Band 1, Band 2, insertion loss, rejection, return loss and, on selected models, PIM.
For requirements outside the available standard models, JQL also provides custom design based on filter type, frequency band, insertion loss, rejection and isolation.
Advantages
- Broad frequency coverage from RF to mmWave
- Frequency-selective separation or combination of two signal paths
- Insertion loss from 0.4 dB on selected standard references
- Rejection up to 100 dB on appropriately specified models
- Return loss up to 20 dB on selected references
- Low-PIM configurations available within the product family
- Models covering various communications, radar, SatCom and wireless frequency bands
- Custom design for application-specific frequency combinations and filter parameters
- Technical support from EMCO for selection and integration

Additional information
Selection of the appropriate JFCD model primarily depends on the two required frequency bands, insertion loss, rejection and return loss. A PIM specification is also provided for selected models.
Power values shown in the JQL product overview are not associated with an unambiguous unit and have therefore deliberately not been reproduced here.
For requirements not covered by standard models, JQL provides custom design based on the required filter and frequency parameters.
EMCO Elektronik supports the technical selection and integration of suitable JQL cavity duplexers and diplexers and the matching of filter parameters to the relevant RF, microwave or mmWave application.
