The ETS‑Lindgren Model 3301C Active Monopole Antenna is a broadband receive-only antenna designed to measure electric fields across a wide frequency range without band switching or tuning. It includes a high input-impedance amplifier and a counterpoise for accurate EMC measurements.

Benefits :

  • Very broad frequency coverage from 30 Hz to 50 MHz
  • Flat antenna factor (±1 dB) between 250 Hz and 20 MHz
  • Selectable low cutoff frequencies to prevent saturation
  • Portable design with internal battery and BNC output

Key Features :

  • Frequency range: 30 Hz – 50 MHz
  • Low‑frequency roll‑off: switchable at 170 Hz, 1.9 kHz, or 22 kHz
  • Antenna factor: flat within ±1 dB (250 Hz–20 MHz)
  • Dynamic range: up to 141 dB; saturation threshold ≈ 0.8 V/m
  • Operation time: ~30 h continuous per charge
  • Connector: Grounded BNC female output
  • Calibration: Individually calibrated; MIL‑STD‑461G and CISPR16‑1‑6 compliant
  • Construction: Stainless steel rod with 61 cm counterpoise and internal rechargeable battery base
  • Weight: ~1.4 kg

Typical Applications :

  • Low‑frequency electric field measurements in EMC labs
  • Compliance testing per CISPR 16‑1‑6 and ANSI C63.5
  • Portable field surveys and immunity testing

Further Information :

  • Battery-powered with saturation indicator and auto‑attenuation
  • No need for external preamp or band switching
  • Designed for long-term field deployment and repeatable measurements
